Freckles joined us toward the end of summer much to our delight!  (Are you sensing some sarcasm here??)  She is a Russian Dwarf Hamster.  Who knew there were so many varieties?

We appreciate your continued prayers.

Thank you all, so much, for praying for our little Sam.  Friday, he had a seizure, which required a call to 911 and a ride down to Riely’s emergency department.  He was discharged Sunday, but had another incident Monday night at home.  He is back at Riley now and in icu, but is doing better....

Please pray…

for our Sammy who was rushed to Riley yesterday due to a seizure. He is still in ICU, but will probably be moved to another floor later today.  He is stable, talking and EATING (like crazy!). Doctors are still running tests to see what could have caused it, but so far tests and CAT scan...

Round One of Chemo? CHECK!

Round one of Chemo is over!  Hooray!  Just seven more to go!  Sam completed his three weeks of medication (one chemo dose each week for three weeks) and now is in his three week recovery period.  During this time, he is not receiving chemo, but allowing his body and counts to rebound.  He will begin...
